Internal Cartridge Type AFFF Foam ,Water Fire Extinguisher
Foam fire extinguishers can be used on Class A and B fires,known as AFFF foam fire extinguishers, AFFF fire extinguishers or Spray foam fire extinguishers. They are most suited to put out liquid fires such as petrol or diesel and can also be used on solids such as wood and paper.Foam Fire Extinguisher contains water,foam concentrate and air with its cream label.
•Class A Fires: involving ordinary combustible solids, such as wood, paper, textiles, and many plastics
•Class B Fires: involving some flammable liquids, such as petrol, diesel, and paint
When fire was ignited on solids or flammable liquids, Foam fire extinguishers create a thick, aqueous foam that cools, smothers flames and prevents the fire re-igniting.The foam creates a barrier between the solid's/liquid's surface and the flames.
Because Class A and Class B fires are the most common,we can find Foam fire extinguishers in many locations.It is ideal forhouses,shops,office,buildings,warehouses,farms,wood working area,etc.
