1. What is the FM200 Novec 1230 Fire Suppression System?
FM200 gas is a fire extinguishing agent. It is clean (retains no dust, oil, or moisture), non-conductive, and harmless to people or equipment. When designed in accordance with NFPA 2001 standards, it is ideal for protecting electrical and electronic equipment (even energized equipment).
The FM200 system is highly effective and rapid in extinguishing fires, attacking the source of a fire in its early stages, completely overwhelming it within 10 seconds, and causing immediate asphyxiation.
