1. Product Description.
This PRI-SAFETY Mining Vehicle Automatic Fire Suppression System which are produced by us totally. The Fire Agent Can be FM200/FK-5-1-12/AFFF3% Foam. The canister/cylinder is made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
Once the tubing senses the fire, it then ruptures - resulting in a drop of pressure causing the Indirect Valve to activate. This diverts flow from the detection tube to the larger outlet ports.
Then the fire suppression system kicks in - the Extinguishing Agent is discharged from the cylinder through the diffuser nozzles, flooding the area in a proprietary mix of fire extinguishing chemicals, effectively suppressing the fire quickly and thoroughly.
This system is typically used in larger areas that require a high volume of Extinguishing Agents, to effectively suppress the fire.
Multiple diffuser nozzles may be added to meet the specific application requirements.
The pressure will then drop as the Detection tube releases the entire contents of the cylinder through the discharge nozzle to effectively suppress(put out) the fire. More than one detection tube

3).Activated Principle.
Step1 Detection tube ruptures to a hole when temperature reach 140ºC, and release pressure through the hole.(Or pushing the manual button of detection tube,pressure releasing from the manual button.)
Step2 The resulting drop in pressure causes the head valve to be activated. At the same time the fire alarm is activated.
Step3 Valve opene and agent discharge through the discharge tube to the spray nozzles.
Step4 Agent covering the area and suppressing the fire quickly and thoroughly.
This system activiation is totally automatic and independent of electricity.
