1. HFC-227ea (FM200): HFC-227ea is a clean gaseous fire suppression agent. It is stored in a liquefied form within the carbon steel cylinder under high pressure. When discharged, it vaporizes rapidly and fills the protected space to suppress the fire.

2. Total Flooding Fire System: The total flooding fire system using a carbon steel cylinder filled with HFC-227ea is designed to protect enclosed spaces. In the event of a fire, the system activates, and the HFC-227ea is discharged, rapidly reducing the oxygen concentration and suppressing the fire without leaving residue or damaging sensitive equipment.

Different Mddels of the HFC-227ea Total Flooding Fire System:

1. Single Bottle Unit: Cabinet Type + Cylinder type

1.1 Cabinet Type:

Activated by the solenoid actuator on the main storage cylinder in the cabinet.

A Cabinet Type FM200 Fire System typically consists of a compact enclosure that houses the FM200 extinguishing agent, detection system, and other necessary components. These systems are commonly used to protect small enclosed spaces or equipment cabinets containing valuable and sensitive materials, such as electrical panels, server racks, or control cabinets.

The nozzle of Cabinet type FM200 Total Flooding Fire System is installed on the compact enclosure.

1.2 Cylinder Type:

Design: In a single bottle system, there is only one cylinder containing the FM200 agent. This design is suitable for smaller spaces or environments where a single bottle is sufficient to achieve the required concentration for effective fire suppression.

1.1.2 Activated by Pilot Bottle
The control panel sends a signal to the solenoid valve associated with the pilot bottle.
The solenoid valve on the pilot bottle opens, allowing the pressurized N2/HFC-227ea from the pilot bottle to be released.
The released N2/HFC-227ea from pilot bottle passes through the pilot line and opens the pneumatic valve on the main storage bottle for releasing the bulk of the FM200/HFC-227ea.

2. Multiple Bottles Unit: Cabinet Type + Cylinders type

2.1.1 Multiple Cabinets Type
Design: In a multiple bottles system, there are several cylinders containing FM200. This design is suitable for larger or more complex environments where a single bottle may not provide enough agent to achieve the desired concentration throughout the entire space.

 

2.2.1 Activated by Solenoid actuator

3. Multi-room Distribution System
