KITCHEN FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

The fire suppression system incorporates a flexible design with an extremely effective wet chemical that quickly knocks down flames and cools hot surfaces while generating a tough vapour-securing blanket that helps prevent reflash.

The wet chemcial fire suppression system is designed to protect cooking equipment including various types of fryers, griddles, range tops, broilers, char-broilers and woks. It also detects and suppresses fire in ventilating equipment including hoods, ducts, plenums and auxiliary grease extraction devices.

PRI-SAFETY Wet Chemical Mechanical Kitchen Fire Suppression system have been specifically designed to protect home/commercial kitchen and put out cooking fires caused by grease orgrease-laden vapors (class F or class K fire) quickly and efficiently.
When a fire occurs in a protected area, it is quickly detected by the sensors the cooker appliance hood. The detectors trigger the automatic releasing mechanism which actuates the system - pressuring the agent storage tank and automatically shutting off the appliance energy.

PRI-SAFETY Kitchen Fire Suppression System quickly knocks down flames and cools hot surfaces, while generating a tough vapor securing blanket that helps prevent re-flash. The system is designed to protect areas associated with ventilating equipment, including hoods, ducts, plenums, and filters.
It also protects auxiliary grease extraction equipment and cooking equipment such as various types of fryers, griddles, range tops, broilers, char-broilers and woks. The system is ideally suited for commercial kitchens in fast food chains, retail food courts, diners, convenience stores, catering facilities, mobile food trucks, hotels and casinos, stadiums, schools, hospitals and more. The system is cooking equipment friendly and offered in two designs:Appliance-Specific and Overlapping. The appliance-specific design aims the nozzles at the specific hazard areas of each appliance. With the overlapping design, the nozzles are arranged to overlap and provide a continuous zone of protection within a group of appliances.
