1). Water tank

1) The water tank should be a closed structure and should be made of stainless steel or other materials that can ensure water quality;
2) The water tank should have technical measures to prevent dust and light;
3) The water tank should have a device to ensure automatic water replenishment, and should be equipped with a liquid level display, high and low liquid level alarm devices, and overflow, ventilation and venting devices.

2). Zone Control Valve with Cabinet

The open system partition control valve shall comply with the following provisions:
1) It shall have the function of receiving control signals to start, feedback valve opening and closing or fault signals;
2) It shall have automatic, manual start and mechanical emergency operation start functions, and the valve closing shall be manually operated;
3) Permanent signs corresponding to the protection zone or protected object shall be set in obvious positions, and the water flow direction shall be indicated.

3). Spray nozzles

 

Open type nozzle
The open water mist nozzle is made of austenitic stainlesssteel and consists of a shell, a nozzle, etc. Its core component is a plurality of centrifugal nozzles installed on the conical surface of the shell. The atomization mechanism is to utilize the rotating liquid produced by the swirling parts in the nozzle to accelerate and eject the hollow diffusion cone-shaped liquid film through the outlet channel, and use the speed difference between the liquid and the outside air to break up and atomize. While on stand-by, our system boasts dry piping for maximum efficiency. Activation can be achieved manually or through the sensors that detect heat, smoke, or flames - tailored to your specific needs. Our nozzles are thoughtfully grouped in sections, so upon activation, all nozzles within the selected section will be released for optimal fire suppression.
