Product Description

The Vehicle Fire Suppression System is a pre-engineered for protection of off-highway vehicles, commercial vehicles,or industrial type applications. Its applications include surface mining equipment, under ground mining machines,forest harvesting equipment, construction equipment, farming machinery, and transportation vehicles such as municipal busses.

 

The Vehicle Fire Suppression System consists of three major components:
A container to store the dry chemical extinguisher agent;
An actuation system operated manually or automatically.
and an agent distribution system which delivers the agent from the tank through hydraulic hose and fixed nozzles to the hazard areas.

Automatic detection,either electric or pneumatic,and actuation,is recommended.The vehide fire system is
actuated manually by a pneumatic actuator located on the dashboard or on the exterior of the vehicle.
The fire agent is delivered from the tank through discharge hose and nozzles into the fire areas.

01.Auto Model

The detection cable is flexible,it connect tocontrol panel,and
detect the temperature anywhere in protected space, once
temperature reach 180ºCC(or 138°C),the detection cable send
signal to control panel, and control panel will activate the
solenoid valve to openit, the=n pressure will go into the fire
agent bottle,and thefireagent wasdischargedfromdischarge
pipes and nozzles, and activate the fire alarm at the same time,
and thecontrolpanel willoutputsignaltovehiclecontrollerfor
shutting off the engine.

   

02.Manual Model

On the control panel,there is a manual button,reset button,
lights,etc.in Emergency pushing the manual button can
activate the fire system too.
We can also use the manual actuationdeviceto start the fire
system,When you press the actuactor(3),then the released
pressure will be delivered to pneumatic actuator(5). Then it
will open the expellant gas cartridage(6), the released
expellant gas will be delivered to the fire agent bottle(8).
Then the fire agent willdischarge to the fire areas from the
pipe and nozzles.
If the detection cable not connected to control panel or
damaged the,thecontrolpanelwill alarm.

step1:There is 3 temperature sensor installed in the engine room, temperature sensor feedback the the temperature to the control panel. The control panel can indicate the temperature at anytime. The control panel was installed in the driver room, driver can see the temperature at anytime.

 

step2:Once the Temperature of engine room increase to 100ºC, the control panel will activate the fire alarm. Driver will stop and check the situation. If necessary, driver will push the manual button on the control panel to activate the system.

 

step3:Once the temperature still increasing, and reach to 140ºC, the temperature sensor feedback the signal to control panel, the control panel will activate the solenoid Valve, the solenoid Valve open and discharge agent to extinguish fire.
