Cylinder Type High Pressure Water Mist Extinguishing System-an efficient, clean, and compact fire suppression solution specifically engineered for fast response and minimal disruption in sensitive or confined environments.
This system leverages pre-pressurized cylinders to deliver high-pressure mist, making it ideal for applications where space, simplicity, and system readiness are critical.

Unlike pumped systems that rely on electric or diesel-driven pumps, the cylinder type system stores water and propellant gas-usually nitrogen-in pressurized cylinders. Upon activation, the high-pressure gas forces the water through specialized mist nozzles, creating ultra-fine droplets that suppress fires rapidly and efficiently.

PRI-SAFETY HP Water Mist Fire System Working Mechanism: 

1. Fire Detection and Activation
 *  The system is integrated with automatic fire detection devices-such as smoke, heat, or flame detectors.
 *  Upon fire detection, the control panel triggers solenoid or pneumatic actuators, which open the valves on the pressurized cylinders.
 *  Manual activation is also possible via manual release stations

2. Cylinder Discharge
*The system uses high-pressure cylinders filled with:
 • Water
 • Compressed nitrogen gas (usually at 200-300 bar)
 * When activated, the nitrogen rapidly pushes the water out of the cylinder and into the distribution network.
* This eliminates the need for external pumps or power supply.

3. Water Delivery through Piping
 *  The pressurized water is transported via corrosion-resistant stainless steel piping to strategically placed nozzles.
 *  Piping is designed to withstand high operating pressures and ensure uniform distribution.

4. Atomization through Nozzles
 *  The water exits through precision-engineered mist nozzles at very high velocity.
  *  These nozzles break the water into ultra-fine droplets (<100 microns), creating a dense fog-like mist.

5. Fire Suppression Action
The mist suppresses fire through three simultaneous mechanisms:
Cooling:
 *  The tiny droplets evaporate rapidly in the high-heat environment of a fire.
 *  This absorbs a large amount of heat, quickly reducing the temperature and quenching the flames.
  Oxygen Displacement:
 *  As water mist turns to steam, it expands significantly.
 *  This displaces oxygen near the fire, reducing combustion.
Radiant Heat Blocking:
 *  The mist creates a thermal barrier that reduces heat radiation to nearby materials.
 *  This prevents fire spread and re-ignition.
