The PRI-SAFETY Automatic Fire Suppression System for mining vehicles features three independent activation methods, ensuring rapid and reliable response in any emergency scenario for comprehensive protection of both equipment and personnel.

 * How It Works: Flexible detection cable is routed through high-risk areas (e.g., engine bay, hydraulic systems) to continuously monitor ambient temperature.
 
 * Activation Process: When a fire occurs and the local temperature reaches the preset threshold of 138°C or 180°C, the detection cable instantly sends a signal to the control panel. The panel immediately activates the solenoid valve, triggering the expellant gas cartridge and discharging the fire suppression agent through the network of pipes and nozzles directly onto the fire source within seconds.
 
 * Integrated Functions: Simultaneously, the system activates an audible/visual alarm and can output a signal to automatically shut down the vehicle's engine, ensuring full safety integration.

* How It Works: An clearly labeled "MANUAL START" button is conveniently located on the control panel within easy reach of the operator.
 

 * Activation Process: If the operator detects the initial signs of a fire, pressing this button directly energizes the solenoid valve, bypassing the detection cable and releasing the agent immediately.
 

 * Key Advantage: Provides operators with immediate intervention capability, serving as a crucial and direct backup to the
 automatic mode. 

 * How It Works: This is a purely pneumatic (mechanical) activation method, independent of the vehicle's electrical system. A manual actuator pull-box is typically installed externally on the vehicle or within the cabin.
 
* Activation Process: In an emergency, pulling or pressing this mechanical actuator releases high-pressure gas directly, which acts on the pneumatic valve to open the agent cylinder.
 
* Key Advantage: Guarantees system activation even in extreme scenarios like total vehicle power loss or control panel failure, providing the ultimate failsafe protection.
