1. Background.
Statistics reveal that nearly 5,000,000 cooking fires occur annually in the home. Of these fires, grease fires are the most dangerous. The commercial kitchen is an integrated cooking center, the probability of fire here is greater than at home. Catering equipment fires can arise in numerous ways and are difficult to control. 2. Product Description.

PRI-SAFETY kitchen fire suppression systems have been specifically designed to protect home/commercial kitchen and put out cooking fires caused by grease orgrease-laden vapors (class F or class K fire) quickly and efficiently. These self contained pneumatic systems require no external energy or power supply. Upon flame impingement or heat, the pressurised detection tubing will burst and activate the cylinder valve to open and release the extinguishing agent. PRI-SAFETY kitchen fire suppression systems are specifically designed to extinguish fires fueled by grease and in a kitchen environment. They use wet chemicals in a fine mist to quickly extinguish fires and offer a quicker clean-up than dry chemicals.

  2).Product Activated Principle.
Step1:Detection Tube ruptures to hole when temperature reach 140ºC or 170ºC,and Spraying through the hole.(Or pushing the manual valve at the end of detection tube,pressure releasing from the tube end and spraying.)
Step2:The resulting drop in pressure causes the head valve to be activated.
Step3:Valve was opened and agent was discharged through the discharge tubing to the nozzles.
Step4:Agent covering the area and suppressing the fire quickly and thoroughly.
This system is totally automatic and is totally independent of electricity.
